Orders & Custom Pieces
All custom orders require a 30% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking to cover design and material sourcing costs. The balance is due at the time of delivery or handover.
Returns & Exchanges
Ready-to-wear pieces may be exchanged within 14 days of purchase in their original unworn condition with original packaging. Custom-designed pieces are non-returnable as they are made to order. Resizing adjustments are complimentary within 30 days.
Warranties
All Lumen Atelier pieces come with a lifetime service warranty covering polishing, cleaning, and prong tightening. Stone replacement costs (for lost stones) are covered at material cost only for 2 years from the date of purchase.

All designs, photographs, and content on this website are the intellectual property of Lumen Atelier Jewels LLP and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
