Is your gold BIS Hallmarked?
Yes. All our gold pieces — 18K and 22K — are BIS (Bureau of Indian Standards) hallmarked, guaranteeing the purity of the gold as certified. You will receive a hallmarking certificate with every purchase.
Do you offer a buyback guarantee?
Yes. We offer a buyback guarantee on all Lumen Atelier pieces at the prevailing gold rate (minus making charges) at the time of return. Please contact us for details.
Can I visit the studio without an appointment?
Our studio operates by appointment only to ensure every client receives our complete, undivided attention. Please call or WhatsApp us on +91-8383898958 to schedule your visit.
How do I know my diamond is genuine and ethical?
All diamonds above 0.20ct come with IGI or GIA grading certificates. All our diamonds are sourced from conflict-free, certified suppliers as per the Kimberley Process Certification Scheme.
What is the delivery time for ready pieces?
Ready-to-wear pieces from our collections are typically available for pickup within 3–5 working days (for minor sizing adjustments). Custom pieces take 3–4 weeks and bridal sets 6–8 weeks.
Do you ship outside Indore / across India?
Yes. We ship across India with fully insured courier (BlueDart or FedEx). International shipping is available for Non-Resident Indians — please contact us for details and duties.
Can I get a piece re-sized after purchase?
Yes. Sizing of rings and bangles is complimentary within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, there may be a nominal charge for resizing depending on the piece.
Do you take EMI or payment in installments?
Yes. We offer 0% EMI options via major credit cards and select BNPL providers. For large custom or bridal projects, we require a 30% advance at the time of booking with the balance due on delivery.
Can I remodel or update my existing jewellery?
Absolutely. Heirloom remodelling is a significant part of our custom design service. Bring in your old pieces and our design team will propose options to reimagine them for modern wear.
How do I clean my jewellery at home?
Soak in warm water with mild dish soap for 15–20 minutes, gently scrub with a soft toothbrush, rinse thoroughly, and pat dry. See our full Care Guide for more details.
