The Journey
Discovery & Sketching
We meet in our studio or virtually. You share your ideas, budget, and timeline. We sketch initial concepts live, discussing materials, karat, and wearability.
CAD & Refinement
Our designers create a 3D digital model of your piece. We review proportions, stone sizes, and settings together — no crafting begins until you are completely satisfied.
Crafting
Once approved, our artisans begin. We source the stones, cast the gold, and carefully set the diamonds over 3–4 weeks in our Indore workshop.
The Reveal
The final piece is ready. We invite you for a fitting and present your jewellery with valuation certificates, BIS hallmarking, and a care guide.

What is the minimum budget for a custom piece?
Our custom design service starts from ₹25,000 for a simple gold piece. Complex bridal sets and diamond-heavy pieces can range from ₹1,50,000 upward, depending on material and craftsmanship.
How long does a custom piece take?
A standard custom piece takes 3–4 weeks from design approval to delivery. Complex bridal sets or pieces involving special stone sourcing may take 6–8 weeks. We always give you a firm timeline upfront.
Can I bring my own stones or existing jewellery?
Absolutely. We welcome heirloom remodelling and can work with your existing stones, gold, or complete pieces. Our team will assess and provide a transparent quote for the work involved.
Do you provide CAD previews before crafting?
Yes. Every custom piece includes 3D CAD renders for your review and approval before we begin crafting. There is no charge for the design consultation or renders.
What certifications do you provide?
All pieces come with BIS hallmarking certificates, IGI or GIA grading certificates for any diamond above 0.20ct, and a Lumen Atelier valuation certificate.
Can I do a virtual consultation?
Yes. We offer video consultations via WhatsApp or Google Meet for clients outside Indore. We then courier the finished piece anywhere in India with full insurance.
